Part turn based strategy, part RPG, and sometimes even a third person shooter, the BLiTZ battle system is returning to the battlefield. New features include a new class "Grenadier", numerous options for offensive / defensive support for battleships, a chance for a unit to get the "Last Stand" action before dying, and much more. In addition, you can now fight the imperial threat with an increased number of units on larger maps.

• CANVAS aesthetics:
The hand-painted signature style of the series is back - refurbished and redesigned for a new generation. Inspired by watercolor compositions, the CANVAS graphics engine combines the visuals of the real and the fictional to create an expressive world filled with vibrant emotions.
